I'm so late, I know.
I haven't been blogging lately becuase I recently became obsessed with trying to grow my hair.

Yes, it's hard. Cause I'm black, but that doesn't mean I can't do it. I've become so high maintenance since I started, it's hilarious. Anywhoo, wish me luck! It's already grown 1/2 an inch!

Oh, before I forget. Here's some stuff I got. Mostly from H&M, my parents/friends/family know I love me some H&M :)

This is a short outfit post, and what's been going on lately.

I went shoe shopping with my mom (ended buying nada though). After that I went to the doctor cause I've been having the worst sore throat ever, I found out it was strept throat (I'm not sure how you spell it, haha). This has been the 6th time I've had it? The doctor said that I may/should take my tonsils out. I guessed they're unusually large, which is why I keep getting sore throats.

I really don't want to  have my tonsils taken out, I've never been in surgery before, and I intend to keep it that way. But then I hear about being able to eat nothing but icecream and think that it wouldn't be that bad. Then there's the fact that I'm a workaholic. And I'd hate to have to stay in bed instead of going to school, I hate being behind in school, it's way too stressful.

In other news, I'm out of money. AHH. I need to start working again, I'm going to try applying at H&M. I'd love working there, it's one of my favourite clothing stores. I lost an envelope full of my resumes though and I really don't want to type up a new one. I saved one so hopefully I'll be able to email it to myself.
Eeneeways, I hope everybody is having a great weekend so far! The weather here is greaat (a bit of sarcasm there).

PS: Have you guys heard any of the Rihanna songs yet? I love Russian Roulette, her best yet. In my opinion.

Mondays: Just Make it Work

Goodness I hate mondays. It ended up raining while we were playing football in my P.E. class. Just perfect.
Anyways, I had a spanish project finished today and it featured a blogger I admire a lot. Delmy Rivera of Fashion Bananas, the assignment was to describe 2 people who you think are inspirational and yourself. I picked Rihanna and Delmy, ha. So this is what Delmy's side looked like since - she wanted a picture:




I would've taken more but I had to get to school. And my teacher has it now so I can't take a picture of the whole thing now. Ha. I kind of rushed, so I don't expect to get a good mark. I hope you liked the drawing Delmy!

human nature

I went shopping today, because it was a need. I haven't gone in 3 weeks? But I didn't want to go alone, and my shopping buddy was sick so, when all else fails - what do you do? You go with your little brother of coarse.







We walked around the mall for a while and then went on robson for lunch at wendy's. During that journey to robson from the mall, I almost lost him twice, he get distracted so easily. It's annoying. But anyway while he was stuffing himself all I had was a shake which filled me up really quick. After that we shopped around robson, well..kind of. I didn't really find anything I liked that would be on budget, I hate being on budget.







We went to aldo accesories and I found this bag on sale: $30 which I still think is a bit much, but it was worth it. I love this bag, I've been trying to find a shoulder bag for the longest time and I've finally found one. My mom got upset though cause I wouldn't be able to hold any of my books for school in it, but I can always get an actual backpack, this is just my - going out bag, lol.





At the end of the day, I got 4 pairs of jeans, a top from H&M and some sweatpants that I needed. My brother got 2 tshirts, lol. He spent 42 dollars. and I... I don't really know, 80? Which I think is really good.
I'm going again on friday, I think. I need to gt school supplies and what not since school starts next Tuesday. I need pantyhose too. I just can't find any that are plain black cause prints are so stylish right now.

glow with the flow.

Hiya. I think this has been the busiest/most annoying week so far, with the socials projects and math quizzes. Thank goodness I get to relax with shopping downtown with friends :), first stop : H+M. I need some new things for the dance that's coming up this Thursday, if you haven't noticed, that's why I named this blog 'glow with the flow' since that what the school dance is called. The theme is 'glow'. It's going to be the best/last dance of the school year! What's really bothering me is how our rival school (Britannia) named there school dance 'glowbal warming', that's so idiotic, seriously. Come up with you're own ideas much?

btw, I want this:

....the bag. I need to find a fringe bag tomorrow, lol.

Anyhow, the shopping -- can't wait. I'll post some photos of them tomorrow.
